I had the opportunity to work with the GoodRx Community Resource Group teams to help in representing their community of Black employees at an AfroTech Conference. The objective was to showcase the commitment of GoodRx to foster a diverse, inclusive and empowering culture among other leaders in the tech industry. BlackRx is testament to the companies' forward thinking and action. Their goal is to build and foster a sense of community and belonging, where Black employees feel safe and empowered to grow and thrive at GoodRx.
